YOU GUYS. I’m so excited because today I created my first YouTube channel! You read that correctly!
One of my goals with Rooted Essence is to create fun exercises that people of all ages and abilities can follow along with and enjoy.
My hope in the future is to bring you many more exercises, but a girl’s gotta start somewhere right?! This is my FIRST EVER YouTube video, so please don’t laugh at the ridiculously poor quality audio, lighting, and editing! Hahaha. It was a strugglebus for me figuring out the editing software, but my goal is to keep improving and bring you better quality videos in the future! And if you have any tips for me, I’d LOVE to hear them!
Despite all that, this 15 minute kettlebell workout will still get the job done and give you a killer workout! Looking for an even bigger challenge? Complete this video twice for a full 30 minute workout! Then your legs and arms will really be burning! 😉

20 – Kettlebell swings
20 – Kettlebell swings with side leg lifts
12 per arm – Side swings with bicep curl
12 per arm – Forward punch
20 – Wide squats with figure 8
20 – Side lunges with standing pull-up
12 per arm – Forward bends with floor touch
12 – Weighted burpies
20 – Planks with alternating arm press
30 – Abdominal twists
20 – Full body crunch
