About how much garlic? and what else??? Reply Chelsey June 1, 2016 at 8:10 pm Hi Diane! In class I just made a combination of red cabbage, 1 yellow bell pepper, and 5-6 garlic cloves. We did a taste test of cabbage, carrots, and garlic. You can basically mix and match any vegetable combinations you would like and I’m sure they will taste scrumptious! 🙂 Reply mke October 29, 2016 at 11:34 am Hi Chelsey this is mike I took your class on fermentation and am looking forward to this digestion class as digestive issue’s have been a huge issue for me and several fammiy members. I won’t have the money until Nov 3 rd but the guy who collects the money at the school said I could still get in. Could you bring the directions for the fermentation? I can’t find them. I also would like to talk to you about about other info that you may be able to help with. I don’t understand what an herbalist does but have had horrible results from doctors. Thank you and I hope to see you on the on the 5th. Reply Chelsey November 4, 2016 at 7:25 pm Sure thing Mike! I’ll remember to bring a copy of my fermenting presentation for you tomorrow! See you there! Reply lisa novack November 15, 2016 at 1:29 pm Hi Chelsey, I have a question about the toothpaste powder. Where do I find the calcium carbonate? Reply Chelsey November 18, 2016 at 3:26 pm Hi Lisa! Sorry about the delayed response. I found the calcium carbonate at Golden Harvest, but you may be able to find it in the supplement aisle at the store or on Amazon. Reply Leave a Comment Cancel Reply Notify me of new posts by email.
